Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Surmount Public School ("School", "we", "us"), located at P-13, Gali No 17, Brahmpuri, Delhi – 110053, and the parent or legal guardian ("you") of a student enrolled or seeking enrolment in the School.

By completing an admission registration form, paying any fee, or enrolling a student, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, do not proceed with enrolment and contact us to discuss.

Note: These terms apply to the parent or guardian, not the student. Students are governed by the School's internal Code of Conduct, which is provided separately at the time of admission.

  • Physical or verbal aggression towards any person
  • Bullying or harassment in any form
  • Deliberate damage to school property

  • Repeated serious violations of the Code of Conduct
  • Providing false information during registration (no refund)
  • Abusive behaviour by a parent or guardian towards staff

In such cases, we will provide written notice and, where applicable, pro-rata refund of pre-paid tuition fees.

Intellectual Property

All educational materials, worksheets, and resources provided by Surmount Public School remain the intellectual property of the School or its licensors. They are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold.

Students retain ownership of their own original work and assignments. We will not use your child's name, photograph, or personally identifiable work for external marketing without your explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any services provided is limited to the total fees you have paid to the School in the preceding three months.

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including claims relating to academic outcomes, missed opportunities, or third-party services.

The School maintains reasonable supervision and safety protocols on its premises during school hours. However, the School is not responsible for incidents that occur outside of school hours or premises, or that result from a parent or guardian's failure to disclose relevant medical or behavioural information about their child.
