Admissions at Surmount

Please carefully read the following steps for our admission process:

1. Inquiry: Parents are encouraged to inquire about admissions through our  Contact Us  page, by calling our school office, or by visiting the school during our specified visiting hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday.
2. Registration: Interested parents need to register their child by filling out the Admission Registration Form. This form can be obtained:
   • Online through our website (available soon)
   • Offline from the school office during working hours.
   Please ensure all required details are filled accurately and submit the form along with the necessary documents.
3. Document Submission: The following documents are required at the time of registration:
   • child's Birth Certificate (original for verification, photocopy for submission).
   • Passport-sized photographs of the child (2 copies).
   • Address Proof (any valid government-issued ID with current address).
   • Previous school report card (if applicable).
   • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (if applicable, may be required later).
4. Interaction/Assessment: For KG onwards, there will be an informal interaction session with the child and parents to understand the child's readiness and learning style. For Nursery and Kindergarten, it will primarily be an interaction with the parents. The schedule for these sessions will be communicated after registration.
5. Fee Payment: Upon confirmation of admission, parents will be informed about the fee structure and the payment procedure. Fees can be paid through online transfer or cash at the school office. The fee payment must be completed within the stipulated deadline to secure the admission.
6. Confirmation of Admission: Admission will be confirmed upon successful completion of all the above steps and payment of fees. An admission letter will be issued by the school.
